Performance Marketing Strategist

Responsibilities :
  • Work with our internal team and client partners to devise digital marketing strategies geared towards client success.

  • Strategise with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and brainstorm on performance marketing programs to build solutions, drive business and increase footfall.

  • Support business acquisition through a multi-channel and customer centric approach.

  • Lead, support mentor members of our Performance Marketing Team to drive business across online platforms (Search, Display, Social Media Websites), monitor performance, measure success and drive business insights.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative) to ensure that the performance marketing strategy is aligned with business growth and creative excellence.

  • Work with internal as well as external stakeholders to understand, create and leverage audiences traffic across platforms.

  • Work with Business Teams to share insights and trends with regards to performance, KPIs and other business metrics.

  • Proactively monitor conversion and work to develop acquisition funnel to identify and devise conversion optimization programs to leverage engagement and audiences.

  • Communicate results and insights to both internal as well as external Business Teams.

  • Research, evaluate identify tools, set up processes best practices, identify and evaluate platforms to leverage and grow the performance marketing practice.

Requirements :
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience on performance marketing and across digital marketing channels.

  • Passionate about business growth with strong analytical skills and the need to drive results.

  • Hands-on experience across digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn, etc.

  • Experience in performance marketing campaign strategy, planning, execution and optimization.

  • Experience in (but not limited to) digital design, UI/UX, SEO & SEM, content management, data and trend analysis.

  • Experience with analytical tools (but not limited to) such as Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends etc.

  • Experience in audience targeting, keyword planning, creative optimization, conversion rate optimization, A/B testing and analyzing web traffic metrics.

  • A driven, dynamic, and determined individual with highly effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • A strong and confident team player with the desire to grow, learn and affect changes geared towards business growth.

  • A keen eye for detail, excellent presentation skills and the ability to visualize, analyze & present data.
