Business Development Manager - Sales

Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding ConvergenSEE’s footprint in large enterprises by closing net new business and uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.

This role will carry a direct sales target, and its performance will be measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.

Responsibilities :
  1. Build an effective territory plan to identify top prospects and consistently close business on a monthly and quarterly basis

  2. Build a predictable and credible 4x quota pipeline by prospecting and nurturing new opportunities

  3. Win competitive deals by working closely with the Brand Strategy teams

  4. Achieve top-line and bottom-line revenue targets

  5. Build influential relationships at multiple levels within targeted accounts

  6. Attend and manage participation at trade events and exhibitions

  7. Fine-tune and deliver sales pitches that are effective 

Requirements :
  • 7+ years of prior experience in a sales/business development role in a high-performance driven organisation

  • 4+ years of successful experience selling Digital Marketing offerings to large Enterprises and strong ability to deliver customer presentations, messages, position statements, and other sales collateral

  • A proven track record in executing successful sales tactics leading to strong sales performance and proficient in deal qualification methodologies

  • Good knowledge of the Digital Marketing industry and related products and services is a plus.

  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships at senior levels in client organisations, including C-level points of contact

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business

  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast revenue monthly, quarterly and annually and ability to successfully negotiate and close customer agreements

  • Able to operate well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without significant supervision
